The Death of Krypton Star The Death of Krypton Star On these days a month ago In late afternoons that follow Year 4223 the calendar of star and shine When nobody’s ever able t’ remind Spoke the orchestra of twilight Telling about star and shine Face of tickled star was so bright As the sun closed her only eye Shine was as happy as being reborn Fine was she going around To every edge sweeping town As she was always being bound Later as days and weeks passed Star is tired and weak at last Keep t’ shine going blushed When the shine d’cide to cast Leave me not! Leave me not…! Crying the little in pickle star Fading out on the fourteen of March Losing orbit swinging so far O boy! Hawaya in life? Any bread of luv there to bite? Any dread to fear all the nite? O joy! Can ya stay until five!!! Is this only a sigh? Or to seize the one in high? Or only to hide in lie? Is it really to say good bye? B . U . R . S .
